Wellness Woman is an inspired panel discussion, wholefoods breakfast and networking event designed specifically for women in the wellness industry who are creating their own businesses or wanting to connect and develop relationships with those doing so.
Held twice a year, women from all over Sydney and surrounds gather to witness some of our leading female wellbeing business owners discuss openly topics of importance. October’s topic was ‘marketing your business with integrity’ an inspiring and profound event for many of the attendees.

Our Panelists

Emma Sutherland is a successful mum, author, naturopath and TV presenter and her mission in life is to inspire women to get their mojo back.

Claudine Lafond is a worldwide yogic superstar having recently toured the US with Michael Franti. She is the co-founder of YogaBeyond and believes firmly that nothing is more important than following your bliss.

Nicole Walsh is one of Sydney’s most respected yoga teachers and is the co-founder of InYoga, her most recent yoga studio venture, located in the heart of Surry Hills. Alongside running a successful yoga studio, and training and mentoring teachers, Nicole contributes her knowledge of yoga to magazines such as Wellbeing and Australian Yoga Journal, and has featured in Australian Women’s Health Magazine as the “balance expert”.

Belinda Cogswell left a $750,000pa job with Goldman Sachs at the age of 32 to dive into the wellness industry as an entrepreneur.
